Customer Satisfaction & Product Usage
At The Loc Spa, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, due to health and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully follow the instructions provided on the product label and on our website to ensure proper use.

Order Responsibility
Please note, The Loc Spa is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any issues arising from incorrect shipping details, undeliverable, or refused orders are the responsibility of the customer. Once tracking information is provided, we advise you to contact USPS or UPS directly with any questions or concerns.

Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after purchase and will be shipped accordingly. Should you need to cancel an order, please email us at thelocspa2023@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please understand that cancellations cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to wait until the item becomes available for shipment. Please be patient, as filing a chargeback due to impatience can negatively impact our business. If you are unable to wait, we encourage you to review the expected arrival date to ensure your order is received promptly.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. For pre-orders, please be mindful of the extended delivery times.
